Can't get titlviewer to work

Hi,

I've been using lightbox OK for a while and thought I'd try tiltviewer.

I tried auto-installation - but that didn't work and so I did it manually (I think with no problems).

I've now enabled tiltviewer but the gallery.xml doesn;t get generated, so I am looking at blank pictures.

What do you think I am doing wrong?
