Some of my thumbnails don't match the picture that appears after clicking the thumnail. The picture is right, the thumbnail is wrong. When I look in the folder I see the thumbnail files in the same folder as the images, but not all images have thumbnails. Any thoughts?

Thumbnails are created when
* a thumbnail does not exist (if the thumbnail has never been displayed before)
* the filedate of the thumbnail is older then the filedate of the configuration.php file
You have to refresh the page in your browser - this is probably the cause you see 'old' thumbnails cached on your computer. Some browsers hold on to cached images very strongly.Post edited by admin, at 2009/01/03 2132

I found the following in another post
Otherwise you have to disable the option 'Create thumbnail cache' and then upload your own thumbnails. Thumbnails get (re)created if you save a new configuration or if you upload a new index.php.
I didn't realize that the thumbbnails were created once. I thouyght they were created on the fly. My album images are regularly updated. I will change my setting to allow me to upload my own thumbnails.
